Recently a termination of a function in the backend of one of our content hosting partners created a headache. For years this functionality formed the core of our image archive accessibility. While cumbersome it had its charm but I understand why we had to move on.
The massive hurdle of the development of the logic and functionality was leveled after a few vibe-code sessions. Starting with the biggest obstacle — creating a dynamic render tool for image workflow management — resulted in a lot of smaller tooling victories along the path.
While sandbox testing some of the tools in an offline server environment the decision was pushed to continue in the vibe-coding spirit but in a live environment. This to ensure the usability and scalability of the systems. In the next days the main focus will remain on the logic, content parsing and content flow as the databases will fill and more functionality will be added. Once systems are proved the UI will be tackled.
